I finished the Visual Style version of Fresco. I was spending a lot of time on this theme and I decided to release it the way it is right now. For a while I wanted to experiment with this colors and I came up with this theme. WindowBlinds version is almost finished.
A fresh skin for the summer. Package contains the Visual Style with two different versions, White and Black. Both came with normal and compact start menu, and 3 different fonts; Arial, Tahoma and Verdana.

I'm intrigued by the complementary design (2 substyles)! The fact that you are using a relatively neutral palette (black & white + Windows Green) also give this design an edge over most others, because this allows users to fit this visual style to any wallpaper or other ensemble they may be working on in their computers. It would be interesting to imagine an additional gray substyle, just to mix it up and make this skin/theme different from your "Longhorn 5203" idea earlier.
If and when you ever decide to import this to WindowBlinds, I'd suggest that you only limit the custom coloring pieces to the pieces that would actually show up in color (Start button, Taskbar buttons, dialog buttons, etc.). That will pretty much nail this design as an instant favorite for usability!
